General Rules This is a no-smoking property. We require a Certificate of Insurance. Alcohol use must be pre-approved. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Any and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Nothing may be left outside of the building before or after booking time. The space must be completely vacated within the booking time frame. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. We ask guests to respect the space and to clean up after themselves. Load-in and removal time of all equipment, props, rentals, etc... should be factored into your booking hours. Nothing may be hung on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Furniture and decorations may be moved Please let us know what your needs are and we will move all furniture, decor, etc... for you, based on your production specifics.
