About the Space
Whether you are looking for studio space to shoot for any of your photography needs, a location to record your podcast, or a location to host your next event here! This is a professional portrait studio, production studio, and creative space with all the equipment needed to create high-end editorial work, beautiful video work, or any type of creative output. A 1200sq ft studio with industry-standard lighting & props located in Raytown, Missouri $50 PER HOUR

General Rules
General Rules
This is a no-smoking property.
We require a Certificate of Insurance.
Alcohol use must be pre-approved.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Any and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Nothing may be left outside of the building before or after booking time. The space must be completely vacated within the booking time frame. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. We ask guests to respect the space and to clean up after themselves. Load-in and removal time of all equipment, props, rentals, etc... should be factored into your booking hours.
Nothing may be hung on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
No glitter or confetti can be used.
Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
