About the Space
This is a functional, minimal, and versatile studio space in which individuals and brands can create audio and visual content and small social events. Our space includes a podcast studio, a content creation/photography studio, and customizable event space. Create beautiful and unique content in our minimal yet versatile studio space. The room features neutral décor, clean off-white walls, and crisp daylight. We offer 2 different décor packages; the Crème package includes light tones & textures with feminine features, while the Sombre package includes dark tones & textures with masculine features. Each décor package is beautiful yet minimal enough to create endless content possibilities. An easy-to-use, pull-down photography backdrop is situated on one side of the room and is included in your booking, upon request. *PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE THE "CREME" OPTION OR "SOMBRE" OPTION. If you do not choose an option, the room will be set up as the "CREME" option.* You will receive self check-in instructions via messages on PEERSPACE, 24 HOURS PRIOR to your start time. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was very responsive and quick with answering any questions or concerns I had. The space seemed a little smaller than I anticipated but there were tons of places to shoot and the furniture was beautiful. I did headshots for my company at this location and they turned out great.

Booked for a maternity photoshoot and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was exactly as advertised and host had great communication. We are very pleased and will be using this space again in the future.
