About the Space
A combined listing for our furnished studio and out cyc studio. Both studios connect to create one large interior space. Great for bigger shoots that need more space for staging and gear! Our beautiful 2,775 square foot of studio space overlooks Bushwick, Brooklyn. Four floors above the city, 120-feet of natural light, pre-decorated to offer unique and beautiful setups for your next project. Or use our Cyc for a classic look! Comes FULLY FURNISHED with all the plants (or can come empty). All our furniture is yours to use! Mix and match setups to create your own unique look! Also includes a private bathroom and HMU / Wardrobe room. A professional space with knowledgable on site staff. We are a studio built by video producers for video producers, looking to make your life easy. We have in house lighting gear & production supply rentals and can easily facilitate large gear orders. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Excellent space! Was able to use every corner so effectively. Lots of natural night and visual options. Staff and management were all very helpful and professional. It helped our shoot go very smoothly. I would strongly recommend this place and will be using it again soon!

Wonderful location and top notch staff. We had a video production at this facility. We utilized Studio 401 & 402 which worked out perfectly. We did our shoot in 402 and had client/talent used 401 as their space. Very convenient. The facility has everything you need with regards to production/lighting/grip gear. They are very "production friendly" and allowed our DP to bring in and use his own gear/lighting which is not always the case in many studios. Having Studio 402 furnished was great. Plenty of options to create different looks. Blackout shades worked great for our purposes and we utilized natural light for some scenes. They have private/secure parking on site which was perfect for our needs. The space is not soundproof so anyone recording audio should just keep that in mind. Plenty of food/coffee options very close by. Would highly recommend working with Rachel, Wayne and the entire team here.
