About the Space
Fully remodeled Cabin in Big Bear's Pinewood Estates. Private fenced yard with covered seating area. BBQ, SPA and Sauna. Two Bedrooms and two bath. One bathroom and tub shower is downstairs. One bathroom and stand up shower is upstairs. Entire inside and outside is available. Close proximity to village, ski slopes and the lake.

Horse shoe private driveway. There is no street parking in Big Bear
General Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10PM.
Maximum 5 over night guests.

We have professional cleaning screw that goes thru the entire cabin after every rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
