About the Space
Relax & unwind in our charming yet modern retreat! Comfortably sleeps 4 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN. Featuring 2 bedrooms PLUS a loft for kids, everyone will have their own space to cozy up in! 1st bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & the children's loft has 2 twin beds(this space in the home is not suitable for adults). Fully stocked kitchen too! Located right around the corner from beautiful Memorial Park w/ walking trails, sports courts & a splash pad!

Parking is in the drive way, or on the street in the front of the house.
General Rules
-Check-in: 4:00PM - 12:00 AM

-No loud noises after 10pm per neighborhood ordinance -Please be courteous of our neighbors.
-The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils along with all major appliances and also small appliances like a toaster, coffee maker and blender.
-There are spices for cooking and a few additional items you may find helpful in the kitchen including coffee and creamer
-if you wish to do laundry, we have provided a few detergent pods for you.
-Please DO NOT set the air conditioner below 70 degrees. it will freeze up and stop working.
-There is a Roku smart tv in the living room and in both downstairs bedrooms that will allow you to log into your own Netflix, Hulu and Disney + accounts. Remotes are Velcro-d to the wall beside each TV. Don’t forget to log out before you check out though!

We have one security camera on the front porch and one security camera in the back yard. These will be on during your stay.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I follow Enhanced COVID-19 Measures. According to the guidelines, the place is cleaned and disinfected. Sanitized all high-touch surfaces, including the doorknob. I use cleansers and disinfectants that have been recommended by global health organizations, and I use protective clothing to help prevent cross-contamination. I use cleaning checklists to fully clean each room, and I supply additional cleaning supplies so you can clean as you go.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
