Tropical Backyard on a lake with a pool!
About the Space
Small ceremonies up to 60 people can be held in the yard. Used for anything from wedding ceremonies to yoga classes. There is a pool that is kept up every week and access to the lake for swimming. The patio is set up for lounging. Only outside and patio access will be available along with access to 1 bathroom in the house. There is electricity outlets on both sides on the yard. Some lighting along fences is set up.

The pool is professionally cleaned once a week The yard is landscaped every two weeks (please message me if you require landscaping to be done the day prior for additional cost) For bathroom access, bathroom cleaning thoroughly before and after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
