About the Space
Our storefront works great for pop ups, video shoots, and photo shoots. There's a bunch of cool props in the shop including classic records, vocal booth-like fitting room, old-school speakers and radios, plus much more. Use our space and get creative. Everyone loves this space!

Free street parking, Metered street parking
Parking description
There is metered parking on our street. Its free on sundays and after 6pm. There is also free street parking on the side streets, around the corner.
Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
The natural light comes from the front of the store. The front is all glass. Natural light can be controlled but you would have to bring your own curtains or drapes. The brightest times would be noon to 3pm.

There is no loading zone nor backdoor. Everything would have to come throught the front door. Its one step up to the ground level. There is parking on street.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Shop is cleaned weekly and we also provide free hand sanitizer for your convenience.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
