Gorgeous bungalow in the center of Seminole Heights with so much to offer! From the front of the house, there is a large front yard leading up to the covered front porch. The living space is surrounded by beautiful historic windows, a wood-burning fireplace with built-ins, an open floor plan with a large dining room and a fully remodeled kitchen with an updated historic charm. Every corner of this beauty is exploding with character!. Backyard features a concrete pizza oven /grill, fire pit area, a covered pergola deck with large dinner table, and a jacuzzi hot tub. General Rules
* No smoking of any kind inside the house (smoking area provided)
* No moving furniture without prior request
* Rental hours must include set up and tear down
* All belongings need to be removed same day. Garbage disposed of properly
* Any damages and excessive cleaning required, will be reimbursed by guest - no glitter, confetti or balloons with confetti allow due to excessive cleaning it requires.
* Outside catering is allowed
* Outside licensed bartender is allowed
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

Outdoor cameras for security and safety reasons. No cameras in the house.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Home is deep cleaned after every guest to ensure quality of cleanliness is kept
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
