About the Space
A beautiful luxury 4200ft villa in a very quiet location with a wide-area combined living room/kitchen, indoor outdoor living/lounge areas, soaring ceilings with a natural lit staircase, sonos surround sound system, pool and hot tub. It is perfect for photo/video/ film productions and events. ***Please note that the second floor is off limits*** Full usable areas include: Front Yard, Common Area Restroom, Stunning Floating Staircase (highlighted by a soaring floor to ceiling skylight window), Side Empty/Unfurnished Bedroom with Extra Restroom, High Ceiling Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Backyard Patio, Pool/Hot Tub. **Extra Amenities for a premium price: There is a Fitness Area on the second floor as well as an exquisite master bathroom that can also be included for an extra $75 / $200 (respectively) per booking. Please inquire if interested.** Parking: 4 parking spots are available while renting the villa (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway as long as there is space for people to pass through the sidewalk). If any garage spaces are needed, please let us know in advance. If more than 4 spots are needed, there is free 2-hour street parking with no permit needed (we have not had any instances of clients receiving tickets, but would recommend checking in on and moving the cars). There are 3 "live-in" site managers here to assist you who will be on the second floor during bookings. If you have any questions do not hesitate to message us.
