About the Space

A beautiful luxury 4200ft villa in a very quiet location with a wide-area combined living room/kitchen, indoor outdoor living/lounge areas, soaring ceilings with a natural lit staircase, sonos surround sound system, pool and hot tub. It is perfect for photo/video/ film productions and events. Full usable areas include: Front Yard, Common Area Restroom, Stunning Floating Staircase (highlighted by a soaring floor to ceiling skylight window), Side Empty/Unfurnished Bedroom with Extra Restroom, High Ceiling Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Backyard Patio, Pool/Hot Tub. Please note that the second floor is not included. **Extra Amenities for a premium price: There is a Fitness Area on the second floor as well as an exquisite master bathroom that can also be included for an extra $75 / $200 (respectively) per booking. Please inquire if interested.** Parking: 4 parking spots are available while renting the villa (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway as long as there is space for people to pass through the sidewalk). If any garage spaces are needed, please let us know in advance. If more than 4 spots are needed, there is free 2-hour street parking with no permit needed (we have not had any instances of clients receiving tickets, but would recommend checking in on and moving the cars). There are 3 "live-in" site managers here to assist you who will be on the second floor during bookings. If you have any questions do not hesitate to message us. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great host, great space. Beautifully done space that's so inspiring and shoots really well. It's a big open space with lots of flexibility and character. Very responsive host. And most importantly, they're Laker fans!!!!

What a STUNNING space! The pictures do not do justice. Upon arriving the host greeted us with the most warming presence and was such a joy! From booking, communication, to the actual event -the host was responsive and a joy to work with ! I will 100% be booking this space again and highly recommend Alan for your next event or shoot !

Nice space! Very communicative and accommodating host. They are generous with their parking--offering 4 spots. Large filming crews should do their homework on street parking in advance, since this is in the heart of West Hollywood.
