About the Space

We have a spacious photo/video studio available for use. It has a 10 ft roll up door for easy unload/load. Also includes a restroom, private changing area, kitchenette, client lounge area, and spot for hair and make up. No production insurance required. We have basic grip equipment that comes with rental. i.e. C-stands, apple boxes, sand bags, ladders, etc. We also have plenty of lightning available for rent for an additional charge. Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

This studio is perfect. Brian, the studio owner is an absolute legend and extremely helpful. We had a mid-size commercial production in the space and we had everything we needed for gear, support, etc. I highly recommend this space to any businesses and creatives.
