This entails social gatherings of a personal or professional context. --- ABOUT OUR SPACE This expansive, sun-drenched duplex offers a tranquil residential vibe in the center of Boston. Admire the dreamy, modern decor of the open-plan living space & peaceful surroundings. It features 14-ft floor to ceiling windows, tons of natural light, an open floor plan and modern amenities/decor. It boasts a dining table that comfortably seats 6, 4 barstools, folding tables, 20 folding chairs, a seating area with couches & chairs for up to 18, a TV sound system for music, free wireless, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, & 3 bathrooms - that would make for a memorable event. Furniture can be moved as long as the request is made prior to booking. Any/all furniture must be restored to its original condition at the conclusion of the rental. Fees for reconfiguring the space are based on the nature of the request. If the property is not restored to its original condition there will be a $100 inconvenience fee assessed. --- PERMITTED USAGE We've hosted: -Birthday parties -Bridal & baby showers -Religious/political events -Fundraisers -Weddings -Receptions -Conferences -Retreats -Photo & Video shoots & more. Our guests appreciate how dynamic, unique, and beautiful our space is. There's no other like it. Please note: WE DO NOT HOST ANY GATHERINGS THAT ENTAIL EXCESSIVE PARTYING, ALCOHOL, NOISE OR DRUG USE. We also do not accept any requests for birthdays of 25 years or younger. --- PRICING: Events start at $119 per hour at our space. Price varies based on the # of people that will be in attendance and the day/time of your rental request. Rentals are cheaper during off peak hours which are: Mondays - Fridays before 4PM Sundays all day There is a 2 hour minimum for all rentals. Event planners/decorators are welcome to setup prior to the event/breakdown after the event @ the rate of $79/hour. These hours should be requested via message so we can issue a custom quote for them. The standard cleaning fee for an event is $150 & there is a $500 refundable security deposit due upon reservation. Should your event require more extensive clean up or should any damages be incurred as a result of your event, they will be automatically charged to your account/removed from your security deposit. Should your event start late, you will not be granted additional time. If your rental exceeds your scheduled end time, you will be charged to the nearest half hour for that time & it must be approved by reaching out more than 2 hours in advance. Should you exceed your rental time and not be granted that additional time, you will be charged a $100 inconvenience fee in addition to the additional time incurred at the hourly rate. --- LOCATION: We are located in the lovely, central, and desirable Bay Village neighborhood, in the heart of the city. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Just a 5 minute walk to Copley, Boston Commons, Boston Public Garden, Newbury Street, Prudential Center, all of the dining & shopping in Back Bay, Chinatown, & more! Surrounded by all major public transportation options. There is visitor parking & free resident permit street parking directly in front of our building as well as an abundance of parking lots/garages surrounding our space. --- PRIVACY NOTICE: There is 24/7 audio & video surveillance outside the front door of our unit. --- POLICIES: All parties must fully agree & comply with a complete list of our space policies prior to their rental.
