The space is a full-floor condo in a 7 story building in River North. The elevator opens directly into an expansive space with hardwood floors that is a blank canvas for your creative project, team meeting, or workshop. There are also smaller carpeted rooms that can be used for smaller meetings. There is 1 full bathroom right off of the main space. The main area can be configured however you like. There are 7 tables and 22 chairs available to you. There is a 65 in 4K TV you can use for presentations. The TV has both Apple TV and Microsoft Wireless Display so that you can wirelessly transmit your Mac, iPad, iPhone, Windows, or Android device screen. There is also an ultra short throw projector. Use the blank walls as a giant screen. A white board with markers and a flip chart is available. The main area has a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator. If you would like to have access to a full kitchen and a second bathroom, you can add on the back area. This area has a full kitchen including a full stove/oven and a second full bathroom.
