About the Space
Great for photo shoots or video production. There is a large flat studio in the back that can be molded to fit different needs. There is office spaces, a kitchen with dishes and a refrigerator to store food/ crafty, one bathroom with a shower installed, and a front lobby elegantly styled.

General Rules
Smoking and alcohols are not permitted. Illegal substances are not allowed in the studio. Outside catering is allowed, food and drinks are only allowed in the office area. Please help us keep the area neat and clean. Do not leave food or trash in and outside the studio. Please make sure to clean up after you by placing all trash in the bins provided.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved out of the way or relocated, but not removed from the building.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security camera monitoring both out doors and the studio space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaners sanitize each space in the studio before a booking is scheduled to arrive. There are sanitary options available (i.e. hand sanitizer) at the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
