Has two parking lots right next to building and up to 6 Cars.
General Rules
-No smoking of black and milds or cigarettes in the studio
-No more than 8 people at a time
-No liquids of ANY KIND near the studio equipment (e.i speakers, computer, mixing console, mic, piano, etc)
-Any damaged item is to be reimbursed by the person who’s name the booking is under.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Has cameras to view outside only, no cameras inside the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each guest, Montana is swept, mopped and wiped down with disinfectant to ensure the most sanitary and clean environment possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
