About the Space
Located on the border of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach, is our 1,500 sq. ft. space. Our studio has polished concrete floors, a hair/makeup room, a restroom, and a cyc. There is a roll-up door that opens up to the parking lot. Within the space, there is plenty of power. The hair and makeup room features a large front-lit mirror, comfortable furniture, and air conditioning. The studio is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, stainless counters, and a sink. Cyc: 16' x 16' x 14'10" high. Studio ceiling height is 17' Hair/Makeup Room: 12' x 10' x 9' high Studio (including kitchen area): 33' x 42' x 17' high Roll-up door opening: 10'3" x 12'6" Clients are welcome to utilize on-site parking as well as additional street parking. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or inquiries. Clients are also welcome to utilize the hair and makeup room as a podcast recording room.

Loved shooting here - they were great communicators and Heather was great on site! Space was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of parking and super easy load in/out because of the bay door! The only thing that might be an issue if shooting here is that they are having a tough time with wifi, and it would be tough to record sound. We shot photo and video (with no sound), so we were very smooth. Thanks Ryan and Heather! x

Heather was very responsive with our questions and very accommodating when we arrived. Our creative agency used her studio to create social ads using their white wall. There's also a smaller room inside with sound absorbing pads on the wall so you can record clean audio without any echo.
