Amazing loft with great natural light great for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Weddings, and Dinner Parties. Located right above Cha Cha Cha restaurant and Wurstkuche this is in one of LA's great hotspot locations with excellent restaurants and locations for shooting outside. We have a full makeup station and a separate greenroom for celebrity clients reantable for an added fee. Full working kitchen. 1600 Sq Ft. Easily Handles Up to 60 guests Comfortably

Beautiful venue! Looks even better in person, and loved that it was on the top floor of the building. We had a great nighttime view of the city. It was a perfect spot for a birthday party, and had plenty of space for dancing and seating. Anthony was a very helpful and informative host. I would definitely book again!

I really loved the loft. Everything was real nice. We arrived late due to traffic and it caused us to set up late. Then the food vendor had an accident on the freeway and was unable to come. We had to order from Cha Cha's at the last minute for our guests. All of this caused us to take longer to clean up after the event. Anthony is truly a power host. He was so patient with us an and friendly. I really appreciate his assistance. This was a 5 star experience.
