This space was a National Custom Home 2021 awardee, which was also featured in Luxe Homes + Interiors. The light is second to none + it’s upscale casual elegance + a photo/video shoot dream! The neighborhood is all multi million dollar homes, walkable to the park, childrens theater, zoo + more! The home is an open plan with light everywhere! Downstairs is an open concept chef's kitchen with dining for 12, living room with nano doors and a sun filled atrium. There are two downstairs full bathrooms and a guest suite. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
