ES: Es un espacio de bienestar especializado en la práctica del Yoga y terapias holísticas, enfocadas a mantener el sistema cuerpo-mente sano y en armonía. Hay varios espacios para colaborar y compartir actividades que estén relaccionadas con el bienestar Una sala abierta y luminosa de 47m2 perfectamente equipada para la práctica y con todo el material para clases o eventos (colchonetas, mantas, tacos, cuerdas, sillas, cojines, calefacción...) y con mucha luz natural. EN: It is a wellness space specialised in the practice of Yoga and holistic therapies, focused on keeping the body-mind system healthy and in harmony. There are several spaces to collaborate and share activities that are related to wellness. An open and bright room of 47m2 perfectly equipped for the practice and with all the material for classes or events (mats, blankets, blocks, ropes, chairs, cushions, heating...) and with plenty of natural light. And also 2 consultation rooms fully equipped with stretchers, shelves, work table, a reception area and waiting sofas with infusions and water.

ES: HORAS EXTRAS Según la política de Peerspace, las horas extras se facturarán en incrementos de media hora. El espacio debe ser desalojado y todos los artículos introducidos en el espacio deben ser retirados antes de la hora de finalización de su reserva. Las horas extras se facturarán en incrementos de media hora a una tasa de 1,5 veces nuestra tarifa horaria establecida. LIMPIEZA / DAÑOS La tarifa de limpieza está incluida en el precio por hora, aunque se espera que los huéspedes dejen el espacio en las mismas condiciones en las que lo encontraron. Los huéspedes deben respetar el espacio y pedimos/apreciamos que los huéspedes ordenen después de ellos. Los huéspedes deben retirar cualquier equipo o alquiler que traigan, y deben tener en cuenta este tiempo de montaje y desmontaje en sus horas de reserva. Por favor, cuide nuestro espacio. No se deben utilizar clavos, tornillos, grapas o elementos penetrantes en nuestras paredes. Cualquier cinta adhesiva o material de soporte engomado debe ser retirado correctamente. Los daños (paredes, suelos, muebles, etc.) se facturarán a la tarjeta de crédito registrada en Peerspace. MOBILIARIO Por favor, notifíquenos con antelación si necesita mover muebles en el espacio para adaptarse a las necesidades de su evento. MISCELÁNEOS No se permite fumar en el espacio. No se puede utilizar purpurina ni confeti. No se permite el uso de llamas abiertas o frituras en el espacio o cualquier tipo de cocina que cree una gran cantidad de humo ya que nuestras instalaciones no están ventiladas. Por favor, consulte los Términos y Condiciones de Peerspace para conocer el resto de normas. EN: OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
