The neighborhood around the studio is also great for outdoor shooting, surrounded by Art Deco architecture and just blocks to the beach and Ocean Drive. The space is set up for photography and videography and other forms of content creation, but it also suitable for small classes of 2-3 students (dance, yoga, etc). The space is about 500-600 square feet in total with 10' ceilings featuring a large mirrored wall, a background leader bar and 6 different 80" wide paper backdrops (additional fee), a "selfie and video station" with 4 Neewer LED lights (2 color, 2 regular), different furniture for creating your perfect set up (see images), and a hair and makeup room (request only, additional fee). The studio also has air conditioning, high speed internet (200mbps), a roll up blinds that allows natural light to come into the studio, and included gear (listed below).
