The space Basketball court, towering palm trees and a private pool make this vacation destination feel like your own personal 5-star resort. Situated on a private acre lot, Desert Cove is perfect for large parties of friends and family with everything you need to entertain guests of all ages and interests. For an additional fee, rent our fully-functional Japanese firetruck and take it out for a spin around town. The firetruck is shared between our homes and available for daily rental on a first come, first served basis. To rent, you must be at least 25 years old and able to provide us with a copy of your valid driver’s license and car insurance. Message us for more details on firetruck rental pricing and pick up. Ensuite master bath with bathtub and walk in shower. • Bedroom 1 featuring queen bed with ensuite bathroom, and walk in closet • Bedroom 2 with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with giant walk-in shower and walk in closet • Bedroom 3 with bathroom directly across the hallway • Desert Cove easily sleeps 12 guests with an armchair that folds out into a twin sleeper and 2 sectionals if needed. INDOOR SPACES • Open layout between living room, kitchen and dining area provides connection and plentiful space to amply hosts large gatherings • Game room featuring arcade games such as Pacman, a pinball machine w/ 337 different games, sit-down auto racing, stand up 4 player arcade game with 3,500 games to choose from, foosball and more. • Split layout with cozy seating in living room KITCHEN: • 2022 updated eat-in kitchen with spacious quartz island and breakfast bar. • Gourmet oven and cooktop, separate wall mounted double oven, built-in microwave, drip and pod coffee maker and side by side refrigerator/freezer. • Fully outfitted with enough pots, pans, and other cooking utensils to comfortably cook a meal for any sized group of just two or the whole crew. • If you know in advance you will need a certain specialty cookware item, we can confirm whether we have it available for use before you arrive. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay. Other things to note: We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. Please contact us directly for more details. We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee). Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests. We will always be available to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay and will coordinate any in-person assistance you may require.
