An intimate, adaptable event space located at the historic Whiskey Point intersection in Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood that is ready to make any gathering come to life! This unique studio loft has 23 vintage theater seats, sound-treated theater curtains, exposed brick, 11-foot ceilings, original wood floors, glass block windows, a remodeled single-use bathroom, and kitchen with electric oven. It's an urban oasis that can host endless events: community meetings, work sessions, educational programs, movie nights, family parties, music performances + rehearsals, live recording sessions, yoga + meditation classes, dinner parties, art events, photo shoots, seasonal + holiday celebrations, or small weddings. ***SPECIAL SUMMER OFFER!*** For a limited time, each booking comes with access to the patio & native garden plus the Flower Pot Lounge — an additional private sunroom with extra seating for guests. Plan your next family BBQ, garden soiree, or bonfire with friends, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of wildflowers in bloom and fireflies at night. Monarchs, swallowtails, goldfinches, and hummingbirds are frequent visitors! The space is steps away from the Grand and Armitage bus stops (#65 and #73) and about 0.5 mile from the Grand/Cicero Metra (Milwaukee District West) line. Limited street parking is available on Grand, Armitage, and nearby side streets. Temporary parking for load-in and load-out is offered in the rear alley (please request this in advance).
