Do you need more than one Studio room and extra space to create? This studio is conveniently located in North Hollywood off of the 170 FWY. Here at Litt we have had the pleasure of recording chart topping music and providing a great comfortable creative environment for a variety of our clients in the service and music industry since 2017. We have since created a reputation in a short amount of time being named the “Home of Good Vibes!” Our facility is equipped with two professional recording rooms and a lobby to create a better experience for our customers for the purpose of attracting new clients to work with as well as hosting events for a wide variety of purposes. Recording Studio Rooms: -324 Square feet A room -126 Square feet C room Lobby: -150 Square feet lobby with coffee counter, 2 Smart TV's, Led recessed lighting and 3 lobby chairs w charging station Amenities: -Air conditioning -2 fully equipped acoustically sound recording rooms -Comfortable lobby -24 hour surveillance -Private back lot parking gated (10 cars)
