Great space, super clean & bright. Amazing for photo shoots with loads of natural light. At 11:15am I had sunlight across the floor which was really pretty for my video shoot. It is in Midtown Manhattan so there are sirens etc. in the background but not overwhelmingly so. There is also an AC unit in the room so if its hot out and you need the unit its pretty loud so take that into account. I turned of while I was shooting. It got a little warm but I didn't mind.
