About the Space

This stunning space is perfect for events up to 197 people. Our 4,000 sq ft facility includes our main space featuring our Le Grand Studio and Le Petit Studio. We are a dance studio/theatre and love to share our space with others needing space for events, workshops, trainings, photoshoots, video shoots, performances and parties. Le Grand Studio’s main floor is 2,668 sqft of usable floor space as well as full mirrored walls. It also features our custom 22 x 23ft proscenium thrust stage. Great for larger classes, photoshoots, video shoots, events, parties and shows. Le Petit Studio is is 475 sqft and is perfect for private lessons, semi-private lessons, smaller classes and as a fabulous dressing room. Le Petit Studio also has a gorgeous mirrored wall! Each studio is equipped with a hardwood sprung floor that looks gorgeous and keeps everyone's joints happy. There is a lounge with a couch and chairs as well as a drinking fountain. ​ Our entire space is 100% ADA accessible with 4 gender neutral bathrooms!!!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
