About the Space
All-white daylight photo studio 8 floors up in the tallest building in the area. With very large windows along the north and east walls, and no building blocking out any sunlight from both directions, it is extremely bright all day until sunset. You get the best view of the city from downtown LA all the way to the mountains in the north. 1000 sq ft of newly painted all-white walls and floors. Night shoot is available till midnight. Access to the freight elevator, and underground parking in the building. Can be used for photo shoots & video shoots. PLEASE NOTE: -MINIMUM BOOKING TIME IS 2 HOURS. -If the total number of guests goes beyond the tier amount of your booking, you will be charged the next tier pricing. -Total number of guests can NOT exceed 20 for photoshoot. -Standard overtime rate is 1.5X unless the host is informed 1 hour in advance. -There is a security camera in the space to monitor safety, overtime, and damages. Footage will not be kept unless Peerspace requests proof of the above. -No smoking in the building. -Please keep the walls clean. DO NOT use tape on the walls. You will be charged extra $100 for leaving marks on the walls. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if there are marks on the walls. -Before you leave: Please take out the trash, close all the windows, and turn off the AC and lights. Please put the bathroom keys back to the hook by the door. *Freight elevator hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm (lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm) Saturday 8:am to 12:30pm Guest elevator hours: 8:00AM to midnight every day Amenities: 1 x Standing mirror 1 x Designer armchair in cream color 2 x Clothing rack 1 x Clothing steamer 2x White stools 4 x Foldable chairs 1 x director chair 3 x medium/large greenery There is wifi & access to bathroom (keys inside the unit)

Enhanced cleaning measures: High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
