There are no direct windows outside of the entry door but the studio is well lit with overhead lighting.

You can hear faint sounds from outside but nothing too loud.

No Smoking No Super Loud Music No smoke machines allowed Use of glitter and confetti are not allowed. Access to backdrops or lighting equipment or additional add-ons must be pre-negotiated. Host will be present in the space during the shoot in order to allow entrance and to answer questions, but will be working while staying out of your way. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Furniture and decorations may be moved Table, couch, and chairs can be adjusted within the space, but not removed from the space. Host might remain on premises during rental period, but will be working without obstructing your work in a separate office.

The studio is made for you to create! Feel free to move anything that isn't mounted to the wall. All we ask is that you move it back by the time your session ends.
