About the Space
Fully furnished office space with one large couch 2 arm chairs and one office chair. There is a desk a bookshelf and a tv stand. The Rv stand has a 55” tv on it that is fully functional. There are led strip lights that can be controlled as well as a ring light for creating content. THERE ARE SNACKS! We don’t mind you having a snack but please be considerate. There is also a designated area for eating if you need to eat while here. This is a fully functioning office with all the amenities & perks that can also be used for content creation for YouTube TikTok & Instagram.

There are 2 spaces in front of the office building that can be used.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is no natural light for this space. There are two sets of lights that can be turned on and off. There is also a ring light that can be used & two 50’ long LED light strips.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You can hear the A/C in the mic. You can hear the murmur from neighboring office spaces.

If you need a loading truck this is not the space for you. It is on ground level and you can park in front of the office.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect after every use as well as vacuum. We ensure the area is cleaned and ready for use for each person.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
