This is a Beautiful 5000 + square foot home with a great view of Atlanta. It on the Pinnacle of the mountain. This home is 5 minutes away from the interstate. The home has TWO Elevators and is handicap accessible. TWO KITCHEN, 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms with three levels of space to roam around. This house has TV's in all the rooms with Roku attached, W/1000 gig fast internet, everyone can stream through the Roku (ONLY STREAMING). Big backyard with 4 large decks. House is HUGE.

Parking description
Can park in the driveway. Can park in the cul de sac on if it’s not impeding traffic. Can not park in the cul de sac over night.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. CAN SMOKE OUTSIDE.
WE ARE STRICT WITH THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WHO RESERVE OUR HOME. NO OTHER GUESTS THAN THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
PLEASE BE SURE TO CLOSE EACH EXTERIOR DOOR AFTER ENTERING OR EXIT. THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY NATURE, AND WE DO NOT LIKE UNWELCOMED GUESTS.
KEEPING THE DOORS OPEN MAY RESULT IN BIRDS FLYING INSIDE THE HOUSE, OR SPIDERS, ROACHES, LADYBUGS, AND JUST BUGS IN GENERAL.
WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY THIS HOUSE AS IF IT WAS YOUR OWN.

Highly professional cleaning company which specializes in cleaning and sanitizing homes according to Covid-19 guidelines
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
