About the Space

Welcome to GTR's space. Utilize it for media and advertisement. Ideal for professionals looking to create commercials for healthcare services. Our space is newly constructed with brand-new modern furniture, art representing the BIPOC community, great lighting, and vibrant colors that elicit calm and relaxation. It features calm music, complimentary wifi, with a well stocked kitchenette, fridge, Keurig, etc. We have a comfortable reception area, five uniquely designed treatment rooms, and a co-working space with Apple laptops for your use while in the space. You can pick whichever room works best for your needs. Please note that each room has glass doors and windows.

There are over 30 outlets but depends on which area you will utilize. The circuit breaker is in the front of the space.

General Rules

We welcome creativity and healing in the space, but it must only be for professional services. There is absolutely no smoking or alcohol use in the building. No loud music, parties, or large gathers. This space is ideal for a professional who has a list of clientele they see. When you book, you get to select which of the five treatment rooms you would like to use. You will be charged extra for any other rooms. With each booking, you get access to the reception area, co-working space, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Furniture can be moved as long as they are placed back. Furniture cannot be moved outside of the building.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras right outside the building and in common areas such as the reception area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space has COVID-19 committee that is continuously following CDS guidelines. We have a cleaning company that sanitizes all surfaces, and we also provide cleaning materials for your use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

No, I would not book again.

Host was very responsive. There was an attendant on site. Space is exactly as pictured although note each picture is a separate small room with glass doors. Sound travels. Note the brown couch with dark green pillows is the reception area. The wall to the right of the reception area is all glass and looks out onto the street. (Ground level) Overall, a nice space.
