About the Space
This traditional yet modest church in the heart of Burbank is a handsome stand-in for any scene requiring a place of worship. Solid architecture from the 1920s includes high ceilings, pretty stained glass windows and a Sanctuary space that can work for a whole host of production requirements. The church is about 9,000 square foot in size.

General Rules
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
No selling alcohol or cannabis without proper permits.
No alcohol consumption unless allowed by local law, zoning, or proper permits.
No parking on the street where not permitted, and no blocking neighbors driveways even for a short period of time.
Producer is responsible for and shall remove all trash and debris from the location at the conclusion of of project.
No glue or tape on the walls that might damage paint. Only the proper type of tape is allowed that wont do any damage.

Clean common areas allowing guests access including bathrooms ,kitchens and entrances
Collect and clean dishes , silverware and other provided host amenities , if applicable
Remove garbage and add new linings to cans
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
