Neutral California Style Home with Huge Yard

Our California style home has a relaxed modern feel and hints of organic detail that make for the perfect neutral backdrop. Sitting on a third of an acre, this ranch style home has an amazing newly renovated kitchen, living room and dining room. The open floor plan allows for great access to a plethora of angles and vignettes to work with. We generally don’t accommodate walkthroughs, but can occasionally be arranged if it works within our schedule at our hourly rate paid in 30 min intervals. Please read all of our rules carefully before booking, this is our home so we have some more strict standards. We count crew size day of the shoot so be sure to have an accurate count submitted to us or we will ask the additional people to leave or charge more. Crew size is counted by the amount of people on the property, not just inside the house. Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 minute intervals. When your final walkthrough starts is then the time of the shoot ends.
