There is a loading zone in the main dropoff area. All EQ and gear can be brought up the main elevator or freight elevator.

Studio Lounge

The safety of all our creatives and guess is TOP PRIORITY, and want to provide everyone with an exceptional rental experience. We are updated on all the COVID-19 protocols and latest information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), The Who, Local and State Authorities when it comes to COVID19 Prevention and Control. We ask all our creatives and guess to take temperature upon arriving at the studio and sign our COVID RELEASE WAIVER upon entering our creative community. We have hygiene and sanitation stations in 3 convenient locations in the space. Also, extra PPE is available upon request. We are enforcing 30-minute buffer windows between rentals to allow ample time for Magnum Opus staff adequate cleaning and sanitizing time between our rental guests. A $50 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be added to all rentals for 1-6 people. Groups larger than 6 and less than 12 its $250 cleaning fee, and more than 12 people is $500. Our studio team and the cleaning crew is following all CDC, WHO, OSHA, State and Local Government guidelines. • No Smoking of Any Type (Mary Jane, Cigars, Cigarettes, or Hookas/Vapes) • Outside catering is allowed, NO USE OF STOVE AT ANYTIME. • Microwave available for use. • Music must be kept to reasonable levels • Quiet Hours of the Building are from 10pm - 9am daily.

We require a $1MM General Liability Insurance Coverage.
