Victorian Era Mansion Event Space near Downtown Tacoma

This is the historic Blackwell Manion on the corner of 4th and Broadway near downtown Tacoma and Stadium High School. The building is a mixed use facility with office space, airbnb, and conference rooms. We have a beautiful open entryway with a hand carved wooden grand staircase that leads into an open library with fir wood flooring, wall length fireplace, wall to wall bookshelves, stained glass details, and a sun room overlooking the Puget Sound with beautiful views towards Ruston Way and Mount Rainier. This space would be wonderful for a wedding venue, holiday parties, corporate events, etc. We are flexible and able to work within your imagination. This booking is for space and hosting only, we do not have chairs or tables. Previous event guests have had no issues renting these items from local party rental businesses.
