About the Space

This spacious and gorgeous 2000 square foot Penthouse is located on the top floor of the Historic Blackwell Mansion. The space is unique with antique chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and great views of the Puget Sound. The main living area includes a dining table with seating for six, sofa with two accent chairs, TV with cable, a writing desk, full kitchen with seating for 4, bistro table that seats 2, and a 1912 baby grand piano. This booking does not include the bedrooms (this will be closed off during the booking). It is only for use of the living area, dining areas, kitchen, and balcony. For overnight inquiries, please visit our profile on Airbnb at Blackwellbnb.com and VRBO. NOTE: The apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs and building does not have an elevator. The main level of the building is used for professional offices.

The space was beautiful, and just the right size for our group. The only downside was the tight parking in the area. We came in just two cars, but it was still difficult to park. The views of the waterfront are gorgeous too!
