The space is unique with antique chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and great views of the Puget Sound. The main living area includes a dining table with seating for six, sofa with two accent chairs, TV with cable, a writing desk, full kitchen with seating for 4, bistro table that seats 2, and a 1912 baby grand piano. This booking does not include the bedrooms (this will be closed off during the booking). It is only for use of the living area, dining areas, kitchen, and balcony. The space will be fully cleaned and disinfected between bookings. We use Clorox wipes and cleaning supplies. Towels/wipes are either thrown away or washed after each use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
