About the Space
Penthouse Apartment on the top floor of the historic Blackwell Mansion with vaulted ceilings and great views of the Puget Sound. Dining table with seating for six, sofa with two accent chairs, TV with cable, a writing desk, full kitchen, bistro table, and a 1912 baby grand piano. NOTE: The apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs. The main level of the building is used for professional offices.

Parking description
Ample street parking is available on Broadway. Some is free all day and some has a 2 hour limit. There is also a parking lot about a block away. It is not difficult to find parking on most days.

Lighting description
There are windows all around the space. Some have fabric blinds or curtains you can close, but other windows are not covered. You should be able to see this clearly in the photos.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are on a busy street surrounded by condos and apartments however, the space is generally very quiet and you can't hear the street noise unless the door or windows are open.

The penthouse is on the 4th floor of our building, 3 flights of stairs up from the entrance of the building. There are no elevators.

General Rules
-No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of the front entrance
-Outside catering is allowed
-No Pets
-Be mindful of the hardwood floors as to not cause damage
-Make sure you close door and that it's locked when entering and exiting building. The door will lock on it's own when shut completely.
-Don't venture to other floors of the building as they are occupied with other tenants.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can move the furniture within reason as long as it it returned to the original positions undamaged. We will charge extra for any damage to the space and items within.
If you require to move any furniture please reach out to discuss prior to booking so we can understand what your needs are and if we are able to accommodate your request.

Security cameras and recording devices
The building has a secure access front door. Bookings will have a personal entry code to use. We also have security cameras in the common areas of the building: front door, hallways, stairwells, waiting area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space will be fully cleaned and disinfected between bookings. We use Clorox wipes and cleaning supplies. Towels/wipes are either thrown away or washed after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.
The space was beautiful, and just the right size for our group. The only downside was the tight parking in the area. We came in just two cars, but it was still difficult to park. The views of the waterfront are gorgeous too!
