About the Space

Photo Studio in Doral, FL. (NOTE: for booking after regular business hours or weekends contact us first to check if we can accommodate your booking). Our Photo Studio is located in the heart of Doral, near Central Park. The neighborhood around the Studio is also great for outdoor shooting. Our Photo Studio is setup for photography. The main shooting space is about 18' deep x 15' wide x 10' tall with wood floors. The main shooting space has three wide backgrounds (white, black and green). The room is good for staging or as a second shooting area. Also includes a space for hair & makeup and bathroom. Studio features air conditioning, high speed internet and a bunch of included gear (listed below). - Three Smith Victor Lamps with Circular Photo-Flood Reflector Model: Smith 148100-FL3-SN - Three Smith Victor Pedestals Model: Raven S8 - One Interfit Super 5 Cool-Lite lamp with Pro SoftBox Light Kit reflector and Interfit COR 751 pedestal - One Super 5 Cool-Lite Interfit Lamp with Photo-Flood Light Circular Reflector - One Smith Victor Corp Product Photography - Two LED continuous video lights; - White, Black and Green Backgrounds - Sofa - Floor mirror The facility also offers: - SERVICES: The area is front of our office, so is low people traffic. Also we have 2 bathrooms just a few steps from the room, and a small kitchenette were you can have access to water and a small coffee maker. Foam cups, filters and ground coffee are always there for auto-service. Note: we don´t provide catering services or additional support during your meetings, if you need coffee or water please get early to prepare everything for your meeting. You are also responsible of picking-up everything you use and left it as it was. - PARKING: we have plenty of space for parking, during business hours usually there are 10+ available spots in our building. From there, you just have to enter the small building, go to the 2nd floor and then short walk to the room. Please let us know if you have any questions about the space.

Regular office ambiance sound. The space is usually quiet, few people working at the office around the space. For sound recording we recommend using lavalier mics.

General Rules

General Rules Third party catering and self catering is allowed. A 2 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. Please advice that the venue is closed on weekends. However, on Saturdays the venue can be considered available for reservation. Sundays the venue is currently reserved until May 2023. Please note the reservation begins at the time which is booked. It does not begin when a client/host arrives. Please be sure to plan for the host and guests to arrive on time to take full advantage of your space booking. We allow up to 15 minutes after the reservation time ends for clean up. If all guests have not left the space after the 15 minute window, we automatically add at least 1 hour of overtime. Reservations will be updated with the actual time a group leaves for the final billing. Our staff is scheduled based on booking times and we need to be fair to them if their plans are changed. No smoking in the building. No open flames. Also, due to sprinkler system, no smoke, fog, or haze machines allowed. Due to staff allergies, pets are not allowed in this space. We kindly ask clients to move back any furniture moved, clean up, and bag any trash before leaving. Also, depending on the reservation time and/or the number of participants, we may include an additional cleaning fee that we will let you know in a timely manner. If hosts/guests do not leave the space as they found it or break any of our rules, a $125 fee will be charged.

You can move the included furniture, backgrounds and lights around the space as you need. They cannot be taken out of the room.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. Hygiene Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene: Wash your hands frequently and properly. Please dispose of tissues immediately into waste bins and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!) Refrain from touching your face. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.) Kitchen We will not be allowing access to our shared kitchen. If You Are Sick For the safety of our space, we are asking any visitors or potential visitors who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work or visit our space until you’ve been cleared

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
