Our 1,800 sq ft newly renovated creative loft space located in DTLA. We are two blocks from the L.A. Convention Center, Staple Center, block from Starbucks, Whole-foods and blocks away from popular restaurants in DTLA. With our ample breakout space, our space is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect all areas before every check-in. My assistant Mike will be the only one to interact with all guests and he has his NEGATIVE covid-19 results available. We clean all our surfaces, door handles, and have very minimal furniture in the space. In-house gear rental is preferred to minimize equipment coming in/out of the space. You’re welcome to bring your own if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
