About the Space
We are a fully equipped photo studio and a safe space for creatives to rent. We have shock absorbing floors, ideal for jumping and dance photography. Out studio is 1500 square feet, features 14 foot ceilings, easy access to power, white walls, shock absorbing wooden floor. Tethering station w Capture One and Live Time Photo Viewing. 16 X 29 shooting area with 12 foot white and black paper in the celing on 1 side. Parking description
Street parking usually not hard to find during the day especially on weekdays. Many paid park lots available nearby.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Clean up after your shoot - put the place back the way you found it.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras covering the main space of the studio. They are located within the entry, kitchen and studio shooting areas. Cameras can be turned off by request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is deep cleaned daily after and before every single booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
