About the Space
This space is designed specifically for percussive dance. We have a beautiful sprung floor with a maple surface. We have natural lighting and 16 foot ceilings. The main room is 30x34' and the second room is 14x20'. Free parking, lobby, first floor access, no stairs. Piano, congas and speakers provided.

General Rules
Smoking and use of fire not allowed.
Outside catering allowed.
Water only in dance space.
Food and beverages allowed only with express written permission.

Building has outside security cameras. The space does not have cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Studio is cleaned between bookings. Masks and hand sanitizer on site.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
