About the Space
Any type of recording from podcast, song recording, voice over works very well. Beat making also because of how well the place is treated and the vibe is extremely nice. LED colors so that anyone with sensitive eyes doesn't get affected by fluorescent light or catch headaches. It is quite isolated room so you can make all the noise possible, it's perfect for anyone who lives in apartments and isn't able to crank the sound to the maximum.

Cars can fit wherever there's space, parking is free. It's a complex where anyone can come in without getting their car towed.
General Rules
No smoking in the room. We make sure to keep the place clean and sanitized before and after every session.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Recording device in the room so everything stays safe and secure. Every recording is saved on computers and hard drives if anything were to happen.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The mic, outboard, speakers, chairs, headphones and other gear are sanitized before and after any client comes into the room to make sure no germs are spread throughout the rooms.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
