About the Space

Our outdoor patio space and pool can be used for any special occasion from birthdays, parties, or a photography shoot. The space can also be used to host small events or get-togethers of any kind. The space offers a heated, screened-in swimming pool, a 70-inch mounted TV, table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, small fenced in yard, and a bar top table. There is a bathroom located on the interior of the house and is accessible to guests. Other ammenities can be included upon special request, like a cooler with ice, and kitchen.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Used this space for an hour for a music video scene and it was perfect. The pool definitely looks better in person, the photos doesn’t even give it enough justice!😭🤍 Matthew also made sure that he let me know if it was anything I needed, just shoot him a text! Definitely will be booking again but only to relax next time.
