About the Space
Welcome to 3,000 sq ft outdoor (in the winter only used for parking) and indoor production studio and event space. Our space is run by the creative team at a media company and consulting duo. We are black and woman owned. The space is very open, spacious, and warm. It has an ocean floor, high ceilings, and enough artsy touches to keep your creative juices flowing. The space comes w/ a 150 sq ft cyclorama wall, 6 GVM 1000D RGB Lights, plus a kitchen and private bathroom. Location is conveniently located a couple blocks away from the 5 and 6 trains. We are one stop out of Manhattan and an 8 minute walk from 129th and Lex across the 3rd Avenue Bridge.

The space was great. The only problem we had was that there was a lot of smoking by the host's personnel which made the shoot very uncomfortable for us due to the fact that we are non-smokers and we also had a minor with us. If you are a non-smoker like myself, this is not the space for you.
