About the Space
Brand New Beautiful ballroom with Neutral colors and wood floors, make it perfect for any meeting or event! We are centrally located in Jacksonville, right off of San Jose Blvd. We specialize in Baby Showers, Micro Weddings, Quinceneras, and Birthday Parties! We have space available for dance rehearsals, group classes, photo shoots, video shoots, business meetings, and more. You can use any vendor you like for decorations, catering, etc.

There is plenty of parking in the plaza and additional spaces in the plazas next door.
General Rules
Please clean up after yourself and return the studio back to the way you found it. We allow for up to an hour after your rental to clean up the studio.

2 live cameras in the studio. one in the front and one in the back
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
