About the Space
This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Host a meeting, ladies night, sports night, baby shower & more. Equipped with 2, 65 inch tvs, chairs, folding tables, bar/display table & as a bonus (for an add’tl fee) a selfie room w/ 4 different backgrounds. The space is a little over 1100 sq ft and we hold a max capacity of 60 people. All availability dates on the calendar are accurate.

Parking description
There are about 4-5 regularly available parking spots. However there is also a parking lot directly in front of the space.
General Rules
•No smoking in the building
•Outside catering is allowed
• Events are welcomed but please be respectful of property. A fee will be assessed for parties that end in damages to the property and/or assets inside. Damages need to be reported immediately and will be at the guests expense.
•No seafood can be cooked inside the building.
•No open food or garbage shall be left after check out.
•Please turn a/c off prior to check out.
•Everything in the building is inventoried before and after every guest. Anything missing or damaged will be replaced at the guest expense.
•Late fees can be occurred if check out is later than 8pm.
•Any violation of the space rules may be subject to a fine of up to $500 per offense.

All devices are visible and located inside and outside of the space for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
