About the Space
Prime corner on the busiest street in Alameda. We have a full espresso bar with counter seating and tables. The courtyard is spacious with picnic tables and two tops. There is a beautiful mural that lends a sense of nostalgia to the space. The courtyard is tucked away providing a nice area to relax. The space is great for gatherings of 50 or more. Anything is possible with the utilitarian space.

Parking description
There is ample parking available on nearby streets. There are parking lots available to rent for your party that are available.
General Rules
● If the food and beverage minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to the “host” tab.
● Outside food may be catered. A waiver must be signed on the party contract.
● Desserts or celebratory confections may be brought in at no additional charge.
● NO outside beverage will be permitted. For example: Wine, Beer, and Liquor
● Decorations, if any, must be turned in to Coffee Cultures 24 hours in advance. Venue will decorate and tear down pre and post party.
● Alcohol restrictions may be made upon “host” request.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have monitored surveillance on the premises. They record and are backed up for ninety days.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are a licensed cafe by the Alameda County Health Department. We operate and abide by all state and federal guidelines as it relates to the health and safety of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
