About the Space

This 5 acre property has a main house and newly remodeled guest house which had been constructed as a pump-house. The land looks down upon Solstice Canyon/Roberts Ranch, now part of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. This beautiful property is 1000 feet up from sea level, approximately a mile and a half from the sea shore. With 180° vista of the ocean it also has has a field of hundred year old Oak trees. There are California sycamore, California bay leaf, black walnut, and pepper trees. There are multiple horses and a collection of peacocks on the property, a riding arena and a small barn. Access to the property is via Corral Canyon and el Nido housing development. Make this the backdrop for your feature film, short film, photo shoot, product shoot or web series. The possibilities are endless!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
