Beautiful, modern space that works as a blank canvas for almost any type of use. Big open spaces with a large state of the art Chef's Kitchen with commercial appliances. Upon entering The Beverly, you will be met with 35-30 ft high cielings and an entertainment room to your right decorated with a modern pool room. The space is huge at 2,900 sq ft. Each room was open windows that floods the rooms with natural lighting and plenty of space to set up equipment/design the space how ou want it. The high ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light to enhance your photos/videos. We are tucked away in a private neighborhood that is peaceful and sitting outside midday you can hear the birds chirping in the rustling palm trees.
